Our Founder

Natasha Williams, a distinguished youth educator, seasoned business strategist, and accomplished Real Estate Broker, boasts an extensive 15-year finance background, crafting innovative marketing strategies for Fortune 100 companies and coaching nationwide sales teams. Her unwavering commitment to empowering young adults in financial literacy and real estate
spurred the establishment of a company devoted to their financial well-being.
Prior to becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker, she was the Managing Director for a real estate investment firm that she founded and served as the Director of Operations for a NYC real estate investors association.

Founder of Impactful Lives: The organization's overarching vision is as inspiring as it is ambitious — to purchase mixed-use properties across New York. By providing stable and secure homes, Natasha envisions creating environments where mothers can raise their children while pursuing their education, fostering a cycle of empowerment and self-sufficiency. Natasha Williams exemplifies the true spirit of compassionate leadership, transforming lives and communities through her unwavering dedication and visionary initiatives.

Notable Achievements: Natasha's contributions have garnered recognition and accolades. She
was honored with the REALTOR® Spirit Award by LIBOR, a testament to her exceptional
service and commitment to community welfare.


Additionally, she received the Nassau County Legislature Citation by the 3rd District,
acknowledging her as a dynamic force in community leadership. The Citizens Committee for New York City honored her as a Small Business/Community Leader, and Facebook and the Queens Chamber of Commerce recognized her as a Small Business Honoree.

Community Affiliations: Natasha's commitment to community service is evident in her diverse
affiliations. She serves as an advisor to a Long Island high school district, lending her expertise to shape the educational landscape.

 

Additionally, her involvement with organizations like INROADS/NYC, Habitat for Humanity, and various initiatives such as Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day highlight her dedication to fostering growth and opportunity.


Natasha has been involved with OPERATION HOPE (Banking on Our Future Volunteer) at PS 111Q, Teach Children to Save, and the Academy of Finance and Enterprise. Her multifaceted engagement underscores a passion for empowering individuals and communities through education and financial literacy.
